Cleaning Services in Georgia & South Carolina

About Us

I’m Brian Welker. I began Great Panes Window Cleaning & Under Pressure Cleaning, Inc. in October 1992. Having a large family to support, and growing up myself with a farming family influence, it was only natural that at the proper age our children would pitch in and help with the business as well. Being family-centered has enabled our business to flourish by adhering to the same basic principles that lead to successful families: integrity, diligence, dependability and caring. That in turn leads directly to the basic assurances that we promise you:

On time Appointments

Your service will begin at its scheduled time.

Personal Attention
You will gladly receive my full attention for as long as you need. We will do everything in our power to ensure that your every contact with us is pleasant and productive. Your telephone call to us will be answered as quickly as possible and messages will be returned in the same manner.
Insurance
A very important and often overlooked portion of any contractor’s obligation to you is to ensure that you suffer no risk from an under-insured contractor. We carry a $2,000,000 General Liability Policy and fullWorkman’s Compensation insurance and are happy to provide you with a certificate and our agent’s telephone number. Workman’s Compensation is the insurance which protects you, the homeowner, from medical bills from injuries which could happen while a technician is working on your property. Very few companies in this industry carry it because it is expensive. Unfortunately, this places the liability directly on the property owner for any injuries that occur on that property. If a company cannot produce a certificate, or if the policy cannot be verified, beware.
No Shoes Indoors
We recognize the value of your home and will respect your property to the utmost. Our no shoes indoors rule is not the only way we do that, but it is probably the most obvious.
Safety Record
Our employees regularly complete industry approved safety training and we hold regular monthly safety sessions at our shop. In over fourteen years, we have had one lost time accident (finger injury from a burst pressure hose) in an industry that is rife with inherent dangers.
Delayed Billing
You are welcome to pay at the time of service, but it is not required. Your bill will be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service or through email at your request and is payable within ten days. We also accept credit card payment through the online service PayPal for your convenience.
Integrity & Reliability
Over 80% of our business comes from repeat and referral clients, a large number of whom we have been serving for well over a decade.
Industry Involvement
We are members of the International Window Cleaners Association (IWCA), where I currently serve on the Board of Directors, the Window Cleaning Network (WCN), where I have been honored as a past Member of the Month for contributions to the education of fellow members, Power Washers of North America (PWNA), Master Window Cleaners of America (MWCoA), National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB), and the Association of United Window Cleaners (AUWC), where I am a founding member and hold the office of President-Elect. We do all this for one very simple reason. Each of these organizations exists for the purpose of making their members the safest, most highly skilled, effective industry member they can possibly be, in turn assuring you peace of mind in choosing the best contractor available. We are the only company in the Lowcountry and Coastal Empire that goes to these lengths to ensure that you receive the very best.

Gratitude

We don’t ever forget that the opportunity provided by you, our client, enables us to enjoy the necessities and luxuries of life. Our children have grown up in our business, and have become better men and women for it. If you have been a client for a while, look closely, you’re sure to see a young man or lady you recognize! From each and every one of us,

Thank you
